Ground Solutions now have a new online maintenance issue reporting service!
This gives our customers the flexibility to report communal maintenance issues via tablet, computer or smartphone to us 24/7, saving the time and money which would otherwise be spent reporting via phone.
Simply follow the user-friendly, image-based process which can also be translated into English from 40 languages! This enables Ground Solutions to receive clear and concise reports, allowing Property Managers to get issues rectified quicker.
Once reported, your maintenance issue feeds directly into Ground Solutions’ Maintenance Management System, where it will be dealt with by the Property Manager within office hours.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event of an out-of-hours emergency you shouldn’t use this method of reporting, instead, call the office on 01283 226293 where you will be directed to the out of hours team.
