Residential Apartment Blocks, Duffield, Derbyshire

In 2014 we were approached by the Residents' Management Company to take on the Block Management of 24 Executive apartments in an exclusive development located on the edge of the City of Derby.

Within this gated community, we have assisted the Resident Directors of the Management Company in setting up a number of maintenance contracts to ensure value for money.

We meet regularly and provide financial reports on demand. Within a short space of time our relationship has proved to be very successful.  

Residential Development, Dudley, West Midlands

Ground Solutions were appointed as the Managing Agent by Lovell Partnerships in 2009 and the first phase was handed over a year later. The completed development now consists of 109 properties - 56 apartments and 53 houses.

Each property contributes towards the upkeep of the estate including areas of open space and shared roads. We regularly review all maintenance contracts in order to get the best deal for our customers.

Our teams are on site regularly to ensure all internal and external common areas are well maintained, safe and create a pleasant living environment.  

Residential Apartment Block, West Bromwich, West Midlands

This exclusive gated development of 50 apartments on the perimeter of Sandwell Valley Country Park was handed to us in 2013 by David Wilson Homes.

The property has extensive communal areas requiring regular maintenance. The block benefits from a number of features such as a lift, video intercom system, fire alarm/emergency lighting/smoke vents and electric vehicular and pedestrian entry gates.
